Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Due to increased volumes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some customers are experiencing delays when recieving their orders. If your order is urgently needed, please select ‘Australia Post Express Post’ at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping:

We offer free parcel post for all Australian orders valued over $150 and New Zealand orders over $250.

Flat shipping rates:

We offer flat rate shipping to various countries around the world. Shipping charges for your order are shown in the tables below or will be automatically calculated and displayed both in your shopping cart and at checkout.

In-store pickup

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an in-store pickup option.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for regions we do not offer flat rate shipping to. Contact me at max@bikepackshop.com for a quote.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BPS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please log in to view your order status. otherwise, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at max@bikepackshop.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are able to deliver to Australia Post P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at max@bikepackshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
