All orders are processed within 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
$10 flat rate – should arrive within 1 – 7 days from being sent.
We offer free parcel post for all Australian orders valued over $200.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an in-store pickup option.
International shipping is available for regions we do not offer flat rate shipping to. Contact me at email@example.com for a quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BPS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please log in to view your order status. otherwise, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are able to deliver to Australia Post P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Refunds
At BikePackShop.com we take great care and pride in our product range. We offer advice and tailored support in selecting your products and gear. We do NOT offer change of mind refunds or refunds of any description, including pre-order refunds.
If there is a problem with your item, including faulty items, damaged items or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we’ll sort it out for you – please contact us (email@example.com) before sending it back.
Once a return has been approved, it will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. All refunds are processed electronically. In the event your return is not accepted, we will notify you. At which point, we can ship the product back to you at your cost. Items will be held for a period of 90 days. Once this period has elapsed, the goods will disposed of or donated to charity. We reserve the right to reject any return if we believe that our returns process is being abused or for unreasonable repetitious returns. We strongly suggest using a parcel service that is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. Bike Pack Shop will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
All product warranties are processed by the manufacturer, shipping is at manufacturers discretion.
In some cases the product may need to be sent back to the distributor or manufacturer for further investigation.
Your product will either be:
– Refunded if it can neither be repaired or replaced.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under consumer laws.

BPS collects information about you and its other customers using the Services and the information collected may vary depending on your particular interaction with Bike Pack Shop, but will be limited to the information necessary to record and manage Bike Pack Shop’s interaction with you or as permitted or required by law.

A. Tracking Options. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. However, you may adjust your browser settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Services or take full advantage of our offerings. Even without a cookie, you can still take advantage of most of the features of our Website, including making a purchase, but we will not be able to recognise you as a registered user unless you log in.
