Why should we shop with you?

We give you the gear necessary to explore, adventure and experience the freedom of riding a bicycle.

What are your approx. shipping times?

Our approximate shipping times depend on different products. Most of the range is a week away from being in your hands. Otherwise, we will advise you by listing the product as ‘available on back order’ or by stating shipping delays on the product page.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, as long as the product is unused and it’s packaging is in perfect condition. We do not accept second hand returns, however if your product has a manufacturing fault, please state the issue and send pictures to max@cycleaus.com.au – we will sort it out from there.

Do we sponsor influencers/ racers or riders?

We only sponsor people and projects that we believe have a uniquely positive impact on the cycling community. If you would like to be sponsored by Bike Pack Shop, please send us your deets on Max@cycleaus.com.au, let us know how you’re helping the community and why we should sponsor you.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment, however we do plan to in the future.
